About the Role

As an Accounts Executive at Accountant Club, you’ll be part of a dynamic team simplifying finance for small and micro businesses. You will handle day-to-day accounting operations, support client accounts, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices, payment records, and expense reports.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other compliance filings.
• Support preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements.
• Collaborate with Chartered Accountants for reviews and audits.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience (freshers with strong knowledge may apply).
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
